Must go places in Korea
Have you ever heard a song called "Sorry, Sorry"? This songs is very famous in 2009 and represented the whole K-POP industry on that time, it is sang by a South Korea Idol group - Super Junior. Since then, K-POP has become more popular and more and more idol groups are debut. K-POP has become an influence, it is also a culture in South Korea, you can see posters, photos, products of these K-POP idols everywhere in Korea.
K Star Road
Since the Entertainment companies, such as SM Entertainment, YG Entertainment, JYP Entertainment are located in Gangnam District, when K-POP industry was starting to rise, the road is built for fans and tourists who want to know more about K-POP culture.
Along the road, numbers of bears are constructed, each bear represents one idol group, only the well-known idol group would have this honour.
Every idol group will have their own colour (fans supporting colour) to represent them, hence different bear will have different colour on it.
Along the road, you will see a lot of K-POP Idols' posters then will see the old SM Entertainment building, banners and album photos of the idols from SM Entertainment will be put on the building.
Of course, buildings of other Entertainment Companies will do the same as well! Hence, this district is full of K-POP culture!
Actually there are still some other places that can know more about K-POP, such as SM Entertainment Studio Center, Coexartium SMTown etc. But most of the information inside will only about the idols from SM Entertainment.
Also, you can support the idols through buying their album and visiting the cafes or stores that opened by the idols or the Entertainment companies.
Lastly, one kind remainder. No matter which idol group do you like or do not like, please respect the posters and the bears along the road. Also, please do not disturb any idols if you are that lucky and can see them! Thank You!
